Shelburne Hotel & Pub, Seaview, WA

Recently, I had the opportunity to work on another exciting branding session, this time at the historic Shelburne Pub & Hotel. This spot is pure charm, from its timeless stained glass windows to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It was the perfect setting to capture the unique character of this iconic location.

The shoot began with some beautifully crafted cocktails that set the tone for the day. I tried my first-ever Perfect Manhattan, and as someone who’s not usually into whiskey, I’ll admit—it totally won me over. My model, Shawntelle, went for the Bees Knees, which looked as amazing as it sounded. Then, it was on to photographing the food. The steak frites and PNW cheese board were definite highlights, not just for their presentation but for their incredible taste. My boyfriend was still raving about the steak the next day when he had it for lunch, so you know it’s good!

Every detail at the Shelburne, from the cocktails to the architecture, tells a story. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’ve stepped back in time, but with all the modern comforts you could want.
